Creating and managing signup forms

In EasyDNNmailChimp Plus you can create two type of signup forms.

Embedded forms – these forms are integrated into your website.
Pop-up forms - these forms are shown to visitors as a Pop-up modal and they are a very effective way to convert abandoning visitors into subscribers.

You can have unlimited number of both Embedded and Pop-Up forms on the site or even a page. One signup form can be set up per module instance.

In order to create a new signup form, navigate to the Forms tab in the module. You can click on the Create form button and start creating a new form. Below the button is a list of the already created forms. You can select one of these forms and set it to be used in this module instance. The possible actions with the already created forms are Edit, Delete and Duplicate.
