How to enable PayPal payments in EasyDNNnews

To enable PayPal payments in the EasyDNNnews you should have a valid PayPal account that can receive payments. For testing you can use “Sandbox mode” and Sandboxing accounts.

Your site needs to be online for PayPal payments to work.

To enable PayPal payments, login to your site as an admin or a host user. Go to the EasyDNNnews Dashboard. Open the “Event registration manager” and click on the “Payment settings”.

You should see the following form:

Turn on the option “Enable event payment:” and fill in your details.

For the “Type of payment system:” select PayPal.

In the “Api key:” field enter the email of a PayPal account where you will receive payments. For testing purposes you can use your sandbox account email. This is the email containing the word “facilitator”. Turn on the “SandBox mode” for testing payments.

Fill in the rest of your details and click on the “Save settings”.

Now you can enable PayPal payments of the Events created in the EasyDNNnews module.
