Setting up the module's widgets

In this section you can set the appearance and visibility of the EasyDNNmaps module's map widgets.

The general widget settings include the following:

Widget display - choose if you want to show the widgets maximized or minimized by default.

Widget position - choose whether to show the widgets on the left or the right side of the map.

Container width - set the map widget container's width either as a relative ratio (%) or fixed value in pixels.

Category filter settings

Show category widget - choose whether to disable the widget, show only maps categories, show only news categories or show both.

Category list visibility mode - select the desired visibility mode. If the Expanded or Collapsed options are selected, all categories will be expanded or collapsed by default, respectively. If the Hybrid option is selected, the categories that have their status set as checked or that contain subcategories that have their status set as checked will be expanded, and the rest will collapse. Finally, if the Minimized option is selected, the enire category tree will be minimized to the bottom of the map by default.

Check all categories with markers on page load - mark all categories that have a marker assigned to them as checked on page load.

Focus on marker(s) in selected category - enable this option to zoom the map and center it on the desired category's marker group. Depending on the distance between other visible markers, the map bounds will be adjusted accordingly.

Use category marker icon - check this option to override the set marker icon with the chosen category marker icon.

Routes settings

Enable routes - enable the routes widget that will be shown on the map.

Route list visibility mode - select the desired visibility mode. All routes will be expanded or collapsed by default, respectively.

Focus on selected route(s) - enable this option to zoom the map and center it on the desired route. Depending on the distance between other visible markers and routes, the map bounds will be adjusted accordingly
