Embedded forms

Embedded signup forms are forms integrated into your web pages. Site visitors can enter their emails and subscribe for your newsletters. By using the EasyDNNmailChimp Plus module you can add embedded signup form to your site and set them up so your visitors can subscribe and they will be added to your lists and groups at MailChimp. You can create unlimited number of signup forms and have different forms on different pages.

In order to create an embedded signup form, navigate to the Forms tab in the module. Click on the Create form button. In the next step select Embedded Signup Forms. Enter the name of your for form in the name field. The name is for internal use only. Go through the options and configure your form.

When you are done click on the Save or Save and Close button. Your form will appear on the list of the existing forms. You need to click on the button in front of the form in order to set it as the form that will be used in this module instance.
